Terms and Conditions for Ace Club Loyalty Program from 00:00 1st of January 2024:
- Eligibility: Opt-in and participation eligibility ("Participate") in any offers, promotions, or redeem any rewards, or benefits, or collect any prizes (collectively "The Promotion"); players must: (a) Be aged 18+; (b) Have created a valid account with true details; (c) Have that account be active; unrestricted; and identity, age, and address verified at the time of Participating and at the time of The Promotion concluding; (d) Meet any Entry or Ongoing Requirements outlined herein ("Qualification"). Players whose accounts become blocked; inactive; restricted; self-excluded; inaccessible; or otherwise ineligible to Participate in The Promotion revoke their opt-in consent and, as such, become unable to receive any credit, adjustment, benefit, reward, or prize (collectively "Prizes") from The Promotion.
- Players must be 18+ years of age to qualify.
- Loyalty level is classified on a lifetime level.
- We reserve the right to amend or remove these offers at any time with notice.
- We reserve the right to change a player's loyalty level at our own discretion, as well as the loyalty levels themselves.
- We maintain the right to upgrade or downgrade any player from any Loyalty level on our own sole discretion.
- Monthly loyalty benefits (monthly cashback, monthly free cards, and eligibility for the loyalty free room) are calculated at the beginning of each calendar month, with regards to the previous months' activity. Daily loyalty benefits (daily free spins and bingo tickets) are calculated based on the player’s activity during the last 30 days (together: Loyalty Benefits).
- In the event that we have a reasonable suspicion that a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse an offer or other promotion as further described in the general terms of the site, then we may deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any offer or promotion, either temporarily or permanently, or close that user's account and terminate the User Agreement in accordance with the general terms of the site.
- In order to be eligible for the Loyalty Benefits, you should be a registered player and to be classified at least as a 'Level 1'.
- Every £1 wager equals 1 point, regardless to level.
- If you wagered on the Site and reached at least Level 5 during a calendar month, you will receive a percentage from any of your losing bets, as real money to your account, on the following month ("Cashback").
- Cashback will be calculated as a percentage of: Wager - Wins.
- The cashback rewarded will be given as Real Money.
- The maximum cashback that you can gain is £100 (only one account of each player can receive the 'Cashback ').
- Cashback will only be credited from £1 (i.e. if you are eligible for a cashback lower than £1, no cashback will be credited).
- Free Cards: As defined in the table above, we reserve the right to change the game to which free tickets will be credited to at any given time with no notice.
- Free Spins voucher: according to your loyalty level, you are granted with a Daily Free Spins Wheel offering free spins vouchers up to a maximum number of spins, as specified in the above benefits table.
- Your winnings derived from the use of free spins vouchers are capped in accordance with the following:
- Level 1 - free spins capped at £0.10.
- Level 2 - free spins capped at £0.15.
- Level 3 - free spins capped at £0.20.
- Level 4 - free spins caped at £0.25.
- Level 5 - free spins capped at £0.30.
- Level 6 - free spins capped at £0.50.
- Level 7 - free spins capped at £0.55.
- Level 8 - free spins capped at £0.60.
- Level 9 - free spins capped at £0.65.
- Level 10 - free spins capped at £0.70.
- Level 11 - free spins capped at £0.75.
- Level 12 - free spins capped at £1.00.
- Free Spins Wheel Odds: Each wedge on the Free Spins Wheel has an equal (10% or 1 in 10) chance of winning. If a player wins on the “2x Multiplier ReSpin” wedge; the player spins the ReSpin Wheel and Free Spins won on the ReSpin have double the Free Spins cap for the players Level. For example the win cap of Free Spins after landing on the 2x ReSpin Multiplier and Re-Spinning is £0.20p at Level 1.
- Daily Free Spins Wheel and Kaching Free cards will be credited daily and must be claimed on the Ace Club page before 23:59 of each day
- Rewards are calculated by 04:00 daily and are unable to be claimed between 00:00 – 04:00 daily.
- Players can receive up to 15 Free Bingo Tickets to play in the daily KACHING game, available to claim daily and redeem in the bingo room.
- Players level 1 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the KACHING game.
- The Kaching 90 ball game is a voucher only room and plays daily at 20:35.
- Daily Free Spins and Kaching free cards that are claimed are valid until the end of each day at 23:59:59.
- Free spins and Kaching free cards will not accumulate if you have not logged in daily. E.g. If a player is entitled to 5 days worth of free spins but has only logged in once over the five days, they will only receive the free spins for that one day.
- Free Spins from the Daily Free Spins Wheel will be credited to the promotors game choice.
- Players level 2 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in The Ace Race £1,500 bingo game.
- The Ace Race £1,500 is a 75 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 10th at 20:00, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game. The first game starts on the 10th of February 2024 then running calendar monthly.
- Tickets to The Ace Race £1,500 will be credited by the 5th of every calendar month.
- Players level 6 and above can receive up to 60 Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club loyalty rooms as follows:
- The Ace Club is a 75-25 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 5th at 19:45, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
- The Ace Club Diamond is a 75-25 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 15th at 19:45, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
- Tickets will be credited by the 5th of every calendar month.
- Players level 6 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club room. Players level 11 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club Diamond room.
- If a player has not wagered £10 during a period of 30 consecutive days, he will not be entitled to receive his benefits, however his loyalty level will remain and the player will be entitled to his loyalty benefits again once £10 has been wagered.
- Your monthly loyalty benefits (if any) will be awarded to you by the 7th of every month.
- Promo is valid from 1st January 2024 until Midnight and may be extended by the company sole discretion.
- Weekly Rewards: Prizes on the Weekly Rewards Wheel and are varied and change regularly. Prizes on the Wheels can include Bonus Spins, Free Spins, Speed Vouchers, Free Bingo Tickets, Real Cash, and tangible prizes. The Weekly Rewards Wheel offer is a separate promotion which is unlocked upon reaching Level 3 in the Ace Club promotion. - If a promo code is supplied it must be entered exactly as written when using it.
- Any bingo tickets will be immediately credited into your account and be available for 7 days. Any unused tickets will be removed from your account thereafter.
- In the event there is more than one winner of a bingo jackpot, the jackpot will be shared.
- In case the bingo game will get cancelled and the player claimed the ticket, the tickets will be returned to the player, in case the voucher is not expired.
- Wins generated from bingo are granted to your real money bankroll.
- Once granted, any Free Spins or Speed Vouchers will be available for 7 days.
- Once players use all of their Free Spins or Speed Vouchers, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Vouchers will be converted into real cash: Every 100 points = £/$/€1 in real cash (subject to the maximum winning amount).
- Free Spin and Speed Voucher winnings will be granted only after all of the Free Spins have been used.
- If you request a withdrawal before using a pending voucher, you will lose that voucher.
- Withdrawing funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account via cashier is subject to a minimum withdrawal amount. If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum amount, the amount you have requested to withdraw will be returned to your Bankroll.
